Follow a clear route from first concept to a print-ready dieline. Download standard templates or request custom geometry, then review each file before plates are made.

02
Artwork placement
Place your artwork within the template, keeping key content clear of folds, seams, and cut lines.
03
Pre-flight review
We check bleed, resolution, and spot colors before plates are made, so issues surface early.
04
Proof approval
Review a digital 3D proof or a physical unprinted mockup, then approve before full production runs.
Print file requirements
Specifications for clean, accurate print
Supply print-ready files with a bleed margin extending beyond the cut line, so colour reaches the trim edge without gaps. Set artwork at a resolution high enough for crisp detail, and convert spot colours to match your approved references.
Keep ink standards consistent across the job and avoid minimum line weights that will not hold under foil stamping. Fine lines and small type should be checked against the proof before approval, as foil can fill or blur very thin strokes.
